Cooking dinner for a bunch of dudes tonight and need some ideas. I want to try something new but, the BF likes everything I have done in the past. Thinking about some reverse seared steaks and some shrimp. Some oldies but goodies. Anyone have some fresh ideas???

You can't go wrong with steaks. Spatchcock chicken with mac and cheese and a salad. Brats grilled then simmered with peppers and onions served on a roll. I guess it depends on how involved you want to get for your guests... Also plenty of adult beverages !!!

Hard to go wrong with steak. but if you're looking for variety, try some ribs or pork chops.
Also, consider bring down the house with some awesome appetizers. Pig shots, ABTs and Moink Balls are all winnersXL & MM BGE, 36" Blackstone - Newport News, VA -

Steaks are always a great choice. Check out this add-on that was recently posted by @thetrim; it's easy and quick:

Things you can eat with your hands are never a bad idea either. I am in favor of steaks, but ribs and lollipop chicken are tasty options.EggMcMcc

You could also go with some comfort food, which could win over some hearts.. Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn.. Finished off with some peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. There are some great meat loaf recipes if you use the search feature at the top right.. Good luck and enjoy.Greensboro North Carolina
