Not to hi-jack but also just did one of these I bought from SAMs club over Labor Day, it looked impressive next to the regular ribeyes next to it on the shelf. I was less than impressed once cooked though as I felt 1/3 of the steak was fat..

45 seconds, 90' rotate, 45 seconds, flip, repeat...
Came out good, but had so sort a lot of fat from it...
