Did a four some on the Large tonight.
Roasted cauliflower mash, ribeyes, corn, and potatoes.
Cauliflower was rubbed with some mayonnaise, salt, pepper, season salt. Ran about 425° until nice color. Hit the electric pressure cooker with 1 cup milk and 1 cup water for 10 min. Then hit the food processor to mash. Hit with Italian cheese blend, sour cream, butter, salt, and pepper. Pretty tasty.
Sweet potatoes and russet were rubbed with canola and salt. Hit 425° for around an hour.
Corn was done two ways. One in the electric pressure cooker and one piece on the EGG. On on the Egg was Redneck Streetcorn-esk. Rubbed with mayo, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and ancho chile powder. Cooked till chared.
Ribeyes seasoned with salt, pepper, Montreal, and Holy Cow. Finished with butter.
Pictures:
1 - Taters and cauliflower in raised in-direct.

2 - Cauliflower is done in the pressure cooker.

3 - In food processer with goodies.

4 - Steaks and corn. The fire was freaky hot! Had to wear my gloves for this one.

5 - Kinda glossy from a little butter.

Nice cook. Not as impressive as the title suggests, but awesome nonetheless.

Looks awesome!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Had four steaks total. Last two were for me and my brother. We like ours rare. My wife med-rare, and my little girl I shoot for med/medwell (more on med/well). The one ear of corn was a test and I could only fit four ears in my Power Cooker XL. Had five total, so I used the one for my test.
