Cooked this just because we had the stuff if the fridge, didn't want to freeze it. 

Had to buy some Kamado Joe lump for the weekend. I am not disappointed at all. I put it right up there with the top brands I have used. RW and WGWW.  For sizing purposes its a large. Worth a try if you can get it.
