ive been considering adding a small or mini max to my large egg for apps and quick cooks. Decided to browse craigslist which in KC doesn't normally have much. Not last night though, I bought a new in box small with a nest and bag of charcoal for $400. I couldn't believe it was still available when I asked about it. I guess the guy is a salesman and has gotten a couple of them for hitting goals or something. Since it is still packaged up and obviously never been used, is there any chance of getting it registered for warranty?

I looked on the registration site and you can select "gift" or other when registering. I'm not sure that means anything when or if I need to submit a warranty claim, but it appears to be an option. It was a great deal regardless, but it would be even better if it was covered.
