Italian Basil Pesto Chicken and Roasted Veggies

Started out with 3 chicken breast covered with homemade Basil Pesto in a well sprayed dish

Then layed on some tomatoes

Then poked some whole peeled garlic in

Then on the large for 20mins before I added some veggies to roast.

After anothe 20 minutes I added some moz.

Pulled at 160° in the breast

And plated with the roasted veggies

i picked this this recipe up off another Kamado Forum that I watch from time to time and want to give credit because this was absolutely delicious and will be repeated. Here's the link

That looks delicious my friend.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
