Wings were better than the piece of a**

Tried a new method ,( for me ) for a boneless shoulder, not a great idea, but if you don't fail, you don't learn.  

Marinade in mojo and tossed on the rotisserie till it temped out and probed like butt.


Looked good throughout the cook


Came off and rested about an hour, dry AF.



At least the raised direct wings on the egg were a hit!
