Tried a new method ,( for me ) for a boneless shoulder, not a great idea, but if you don't fail, you don't learn.
Marinade in mojo and tossed on the rotisserie till it temped out and probed like butt.

Looked good throughout the cook

Came off and rested about an hour, dry AF.

At least the raised direct wings on the egg were a hit!

Not too sure, the way it spun kept any moisture from pooling and it was boneless, so it was tied together instead of a whole piece of meat..
