My wife is in sales and her team had a great month. As a reward, they typically take everyone (spouses too) out to a nice meal. Well, this month, my wife offered to host instead of dining out. As a result, the boss approved an SRF order of 7 Cowboy Chops. I didn't get a lot of pictures as I was a little tied up with the ribeyes, planked salmon, and chicken wings for an appetizer. Mostly we hit our marks and we actually timed out the cooking perfectly (a very rare occurrence for us). Anyway, here are a few pics. Unfortunately no plated shots as I was chasing my toddler around trying to get him to eat his dinner.
