A week's worth of good eats

Just because, here's my cooks from the last week.

Thursday Allegro Hot & Spicy pork chops with a poor attempt at spicy zucchini fritters:

Sunday Meatloaf:

Sunday evening T-bones (reverse seared):

I've got the method down (for the most part) on the reverse sear but next time I need to go longer or closer to the heat for the sear.  More crust would be nice.  I thought I was crazy for a while thinking the sear was better on my Mini but I think it's due to being closer to the fire. 

And Monday night was stir fry night.  This has gotten addicting.
