Italian burgers...

Morning All:
Kathy got a bit inventive last night...she combined one pound ground beef with just over a half-pound of Italian sausage...shaped the mixture to fit the rolls...then I added a heavy dose of DP Mediterranean-ish...on the small Egg...
topped with some shredded Asiago & a slice of Mozzarella...
Onto the roll with some Marinara sauce & "ta-da" our Italian burgers...
Cut one of the burgers in half to fill each of the rolls...pretty tasty dinner!

Looks great. I'm a huge smash burger fan but sometimes you have to try something different, and your Italian burgers are just that.

Haha, at least Kathy is staying inventive. For lack of time and effort, we just threw some rub into ground meat last night, topped it with cheese, and called it good. Not half bad but I'd still take yours.DFW - 1 LGBE & Happy to Adopt More...
