We are under 48 hours until kick-off!!! Can't wait!!! - Now for the food selections....wings, ABT's, mimi's dip w/corn chips, fire crackerz, and perhaps some stuffed mushrooms!!! Will probably throw in a few sweet treats. Of course the adult beverages are a must - could be a long season otherwise. We take way too much food but always manage to have extra folks show up and enjoy the pre-game celebration. Hard to believe our seats have a catered buffet that is to die for - but it is all about the tailgate!!!

We've decided to go with ribs for dinner. Snacks will include beer battered deep fried bacon and a few different dips. I hate noon time kickoffs..

Mimi's dip is easy and really good: ingredients: Pork Sausage, 10oz can rotel, 8 oz cream cheese. crumble and brown the sausage-drain excess grease-reduce heat to med and add Rotel - simmer until slightly reduced (about 3-5 minutes) stir in the cream cheese until it melts, stir until combined and serve with scoop-style corn chips. (note the consistency should be like pudding).Space_City_Egger said:Going baby backs and abts. Searching for a dip to make. Cold beer will be had.
