Anybody have one of these? I'm looking at getting one. Our mosquitos are awful. I can't walk to the egg with out 3 or 4 bites. During the day there will be swarms around you. Dyersburg, TN

No but your shoes might melt to the pavement on the way to the grill.
go to lowes and buy a can of cutter- it attaches to your garden hose and you spray the yard. Focus on bushes, etc. I spray into my neighbors yard too- works well for us.Greensboro, NC -

There's a few things you could do.
Use a Thermocell while cooking. There's several models and options.
I spray Talstar P about three times a year. It does a great job and works on other insects too.
3/4 gal Talstar Pro / One Multi Use Pest Control Insecticide (96 ounce jug) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00409QKRY/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_3JbXxbQBZMQJS

Yep its hotter than hades here and that keeps us from getting overrun le CA. Having spent the first 16 yrs of my life in wisconsin, i can say that i dont miss mosquitos, icy roads, shoveling snow, rusty cars and humidity. What i take for granted now is this AM it was 41 in flagstaff, 2.3 hr north of me. But when i want to see snow i can drive up to it for a day and leave it there. Dont have to shovel it or deal with it on any level....Wolfpack said:No but your shoes might melt to the pavement on the way to the grill.

I really cant emphasize enough how much i cannot stand humidity. Like, really really hate it.

I used this for a couple of years:
https://www.amazon.com/Burgess-Propane-Effective-Mosquito-Control/dp/B000HMA7OK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1472485749&sr=8-2&keywords=mosquito+fogger
The fogger worked well if I fogged the yard twice a week. That became somewhat tedious after a while, so I stopped and would fog if we had guests over. I recently got my mosquito misting system back up and running, and that has worked the best so far.

Do you spray the fence line and perimeter of the house with this or apply in some other way? I may try this if my misting system stops working.tarheelmatt said:There's a few things you could do.

@caliking I spray this everywhere. On the house, in the gutters, grass, woods, bushes, flower beds, and anywhere I think those ba$tards might be. My little girl gets eaten up with them if I don't keep them at bay. It also is used to kill termites too.caliking said:

A few links for info. I'm pretty sure this is what the pros will use if you call them out. If you don't have a backpack sprayer, I recommend getting one or renting one. Get a good one if you do get one, you'll thank me.
