Sometimes, you just want steak. Tonight was that night, 1.5 lb sirloin steak,. No seasoning , just pepper when plated. Delicious!!!!!!

I do that often enough and eat it standing up next to the grill. I like it with no sides and no fuss. Slop it around on the plate with a little kosher salt and pepper all good in the neighborhood. Looks solid my friend.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.
