1/2 Lamb Leg Roast Grass Fed

I have seen several posts about different ways to smoke lamb leg. This would be my first. Will cook it when im back to health. What are the bests temps/techniques/secrets? Slicing it is best? I dont have a preference about seasonings.

  • Classic is to roast a bone in leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary and olive oil (plus salt and pepper)

    slow or high temp.  Both work. 

    It cooks itself. 

    I swear to god that answer sounds slim, but it contains everything you need to know. You know how to roast, you know a few ways to use garlic, and rosemary. 

    Slice, yeah. Take the thick part to rare and you'll have well done and medium/med-rare elsewhere in the leg for the philistines
