First Pork Butt on Egg

I tried this one at 225 degrees for 4 hours and then the rest of the way at 245 degrees. I put in 4 big chunks of apple wood and got the temp steady, at 1:30 pm I put the butt on the egg and shut the door with the Maverick attached. It went for a little over 13 hours and I pulled it when the internal was 195 degrees. (FTC) for one hour. I never foiled the butt during the cook, only when going into the cooler. The bark was great and the meat was very moist. It was all I could do to get it off the grill in one piece. I was ready for bed and didn't get a picture of the shredded
