Flank Steak Fajita Night!!!! Flank is Quickly Becoming My Favorite Steak.

Had fajita night tonight.
Took pics of my seasonings. They were great together. The only thing I don't have pics of was the simple truth orange juice I marinated everything in.
Started with a flank flank steak from whole foods. Had great marbling.
1. Put my flank steak in Tupperware container.
2. Mixed all the seasonings together after filling the container with OJ.
3. Marinated it all overnight.
4. Took the steak out and added more seasoning.
5. Cooked directly on the egg with Royal Oak between 400-500 degrees.
6. Removed with internal temp around 125-130.
7. Let rest for about 5 minutes then sliced.
8. Had everyone go nuts about the taste!

How do you like the dizzy cow lick? I'm gonna use it for the first time this week but it smells amazing.
Flank steak fajitas is becoming a fan fav around here."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@Killit_and_Grillit it's a regood seasoning. I still added a good bit to it on this cook. I just keep trying different combos to see what I like best. Tonight's mixture was pretty epic. I actually tend to use Dizzy Dust the most overall, but still my go to for steak is generally Montreal Steak Seasoning from mmcormicks. I love the salt and pepper combo in it.
Let me me know what you think of cow lick. -
@saluki2007 I'm a fan of flat iron too.
