Following yesterdays cook I combined the 'leftover' charcoal into one Egg, added a little hickory this time and put on porkbellie I started curing last week. Honey, maple, coffee, and spicy. Dang, kind of sounds like a really bad eighties band....., Bill Denver, CO

Do you have a slicer? When I made bacon I could not slice it think enough esp when I was trying to make poppers etc with the homemade bacon.LGBE, SBGE,Blackstone,Weber Kettle, Weber Smokey Joe.

No slicer, but really want one. Would have tried it today but ended up at car lot with daughter. I'd rather have a root canal. Missing green chili at the house to boot. Wife had accosted another one of my eggs.....
