It's a Thai Kinda Night

A big thanks to @theyolksonyou for making me look at Thai grilled chicken after his off the charts Pulled Thai Chicken sandwiches last night. Normally my Thai comes out da wok. This is a nice change.
Marinated the chicken breast for 6rs in all kind of good stuff (recipe link to follow). Then on the mini @ 450° direct with some lime slices.

Made a Thai Crunchy Salad with a Spicy Peanut Dressing while the chicken was gettin happy.
Now plated

I used Serano peppers instead of red chilies but the tastes was for lack of better words Off da Chart Good. Definitely a keeper on the recipe list.

And what I loosely followed for the salad and dressing
