@theyolksonyou this. Cayenne and Thai bird chiles from the garden with white vinegar, ACV and a touch of salt and sugar. Wife bought a label maker and has been enthusiastic with it.
Zucchini had this and soy and some spices. Soaked, grilled, back in the soak.
