Breakfast Pizza on the Mini-Max This Morning
Spring Chicken
Posts: 10,255
I was up early inspecting the Porcelain Furniture Room, and decided to stay up. While I was waiting for the coffee to perk I spotted a photo of an Egg'd Pizza in someone's post.
I was instantly hit with yet another brilliant idea - Breakfast Pizza. Well, I'm about a thousand years too late for it to be the very first Breakfast Pizza, but it is for me.
So I took to making it happen here at the Chicken Ranch.
Here's the movie.

I can do better next time, and there WILL be a next time.
Thanks for looking.

There was a pizza stone under the paper. I also used my small Egg's plate setter. The parchment paper was because I didn't want the tortillas to stick to my pizza peel, and I wanted to see if it helped crisp up the bottom tortilla. Worked fine.ThrillSeeker said:Nice video.
