Local (Lancaster county PA) grass fed beef, reverse sear - sea salt, ground pepper, and a touch of granulated garlic. Cedar plank wild salmon - Kerry Gold garlic herb butter under the lemon slices and local white corn.

The beauty of Kerry Gold butter - not only EU style but they also sell a compounded version with garlic and herbs.  Was great on the salmon.

That steak looks amazing to be grass feed. The grass feed beef around here is very lean.
