Tomato Pie

Been wanting to try this for some time now. We have an abundance of tomatoes so today was the day.
Followed THIS recipe for the most part. I added bacon to the crust and Borsin cheese to the topping.
I did the first baking of just the crust in the oven. I finished it on the Egg at 425° for 45 min. This was done on the medium.
It was very good and will make more of these.
I had intentions on doing a step-by-step series but time got away from me.

It's very good. I'll certainly do this again. I need to work on my dough skills a little. The dough was fine, just getting a perfect crust and crimped, etc I didn't do so well at.GregW said:Wow, that looks great. I've never had a tomato pie before.
