Leftover Pulled Pork Tacos

...on our finest China. Warmed the pulled pork back up with some corona, apple cider vinegar and the original rub. Then topped the tacos with tomatoes, red onions, hatch valley salsa, cilantro, avacado and lime wedges. Pretty good!

Looks great and thanks for posting. I'd love to do PP but with just a Wife and daughter it's a lot of food that we'd have a hard time finishing. So leftover ideas are good.LBGE, Minimax

I vacuum seal leftovers in smaller portions and freeze them. Toss the bag in some hot water when I need it. Tacos, nachos, chili, pizza topping, sandwiches, it goes on lots of stuff.Captain_Paul said:Looks great and thanks for posting. Thx guys! @Phatchris , no sir those are storebought flour tortillas. I keep meaning to try @tarheelmatt 's recipe for homemade tortillas, but something always get in the way and I'm not able to do it. Hopefully soon though.
