Salmon and Peaches

Seasond salmon with Cabernet Hawian salt, garlic, and black pepper. Cooked direct at 400. Also did red potatoes. Seasoned with eco, garlic and black lava hawian salt.
Also did grilled peaches for the first time. Grilled direct at 375 for about 8 minutes. Not sure if I didn't cook them long enough or they were fully ripe but felt they should have been more tender. Topped with honey and cinnamon with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

You have to try the peaches. They are so simple.dldawes1 said:I haven't tried the peaches yet...but now that they are in season....I can see it happening soon.

You can go naked (the peaches PLEASE!!!) and heat them for a bit. Or if the peaches are not in season and less than delicious on their own, I do cut side down for a few minutes then flip over and put a small pat of butter and sugar/touch of cinnamon, OR a drizzle of honey, then on the plate with vanilla ice cream. Fantastic.
Do it tonight or this weekend. Your taste buds will thank you.

I like the butter and sugar idea. I bought two peaches and only cooked one last night. Will have to try this with the next one.Sea2Ski said:
