2 chicken breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper. On the mini at 350 direct. Went a little lower on grill temp so I could just cook the meat and not crust it over. Plated with fresh maters, moz and basil

P.S. Where's the fork?Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Great meal Matt. We eat a lot of caprese here. Our local Kroger started caring a balsamic reduction in a bottle. Not too shabby for a premade. Easy and quicker than making a reduction.Large and Small BGECentral, IL
