Date night, therefore salmon dinner

Wife and I decided to go on a dinner date for sushi, so I bribed my mom to babysit with the following dinner on the LBGE and SBGE: 

Appetizer was Brie cheese that I melted and topped with fresh blueberries.

Main course was smoked sockeye salmon, seasoned with my homemade Jamacian Jerk rub and slices of lime, grilled corn on the cob and asparagus in the cast iron.

Dessert was grilled peaches with brown sugar and a few drops of Captain Morgan spiced rum, with a scoop of Tillamook vanilla bean ice cream.... 

Salmon on was in the small egg, indirect at 250°

everything else was 400° raised direct in the large egg

The adjustable rig, raised direct, helped a lot
