The Salt Lick rubbed bone-in Sirloin

In the mood for something a bit different, I'm usually just a S&P guy when it comes to steak. Rubbed with EVOO and Salt Lick Rub( thanks to @Hook_emHornsfan_74)Planning a reverse sear, 24oz Sirloin.

A unique cut. I don't ever recall seeing a bone in sirloin.

That's what they labeled it, looks like a thick T-bone to me.

Really good, reverse seared, pulled at 125... Glazed with some Salt Lick Sauce just for something different tonight... Baked potato and glass of 2012 Saved. No green veggies cause wife's not home ;-)

Haven't,seen a pin bone sirloin it 20 years. That's when a sirloin was a sirloin. Think bone in sirloin pork chop only much bigger. This one is definitely a t-bone

When I googled bone in sirloin the pics looked like what @Phatchris has. But this is what you used to get with a bone in sirloin.
