Ever done marshmallows?
I can't possibly be the only one who's done this:[p]After cooking some awesome steaks tonight on the BGE I partially closed the lower vent and took off the daisy wheel/cover to establish a constant 700 degrees. over the dome we roasted marshmallows on skewers. They browned up beautifully and were super-tasty. A great way to make smores.[p]Does anyone else have any goofy ideas like this?

Marshmallows are a favorite. We also like to brown pieces of pita on a skewer and dip into a nice taupenade (sp).[p]Have a nice weekend!
