My first butt

I finally got around to smoking my first butt. Started at 250 and did the last hour at 350 to get ready to serve . 10 lbs rubbed with Bad Byrons Total time 12 hours. Nice crispy bark and moist juicy meet. We served it without sauce as sandwiches and over homemade mac and cheese . A solid A- for sure!
