OT - 4th of July @ Zion National Park

Finally got some time off work and decided to head out for a little r&r at Zion in Utah. Loaded up my complete mobile kitchen including my LG egg ... we are having soo much fun. Wish you all were here! 
I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
