Came across this article today. I'm going to give it a whirl this weekend. I curious if anyone has ever tried this on their egg?

Seems like a good waste of beer. Hard to believe that the beer will actually add any steam to the inside of the cabbage. Good for show, but doubtful if there is any culinary benefit from it (sort of like beer can chicken).Southeast Florida - LBGE

Please update when anyone does it. I love boiled cabbage but I kinda see this as a crunchy mess.
