Sunday spatch & Mini 'shrooms

Since it seems we all like looking at pictures, here's my Sunday cook.  I normally cook chicken raised direct but I felt like changing it up today.  I put a spicy rub on a home raised bird and went indirect at 375 degrees with some pecan chunks.



Since the LGBE was in use for the bird I fired up the Mini and cooked up some lump crab (with cream cheese & Parmesan) stuffed mushrooms.
