Not my best effort, as the steak over cooked a bit. I was in and out of the house dealing with stuff on the stove and overshot my desired temp a bit, but still turned out delicious!
Salted a prime ribeye from Costco last night. Went reverse sear with a goal temp of 120. Pulled the plate setter and dropped in my way-too-large cast iron. Seared for 60 seconds each side and basted with butter during the sear. Served with crinkle cut fries and blue cheese fondue, and what might be my new favorite $12 bottle of wine!
