Saturday pizza

Cooked pizza per my request for Father's Day and did it again today since the wife picked up a couple extra crusts that were in the freezer. 

Crust is from Trader Joe's and is premade and excellent and makes things so easy.  We use a Camp Chef 14" cast iron pizza pan.  We got them from BB&B after a few to many cracked pizza stones.  First is a standard pepperoni w/mozzarella and the second a BBQ chicken with Sweet Baby Ray's in lieu of pizza sauce with a cheddar/Monterrey jack combo.

I've got it down to a fine science now.......plate setter legs up, Egg @450-500'ish for 8 minutes.....perfecto!
