Kabobs & Wedge Salad

Just a simple cook. I had an odd piece of ribeye that I didn't want to cook as a steak. So, simple veggies and meat...
I had leftover sauce from tequila lime chipotle wings that I drizzled on the meat after cooking - that gave the meat a nice flavor. The wedge salad with bacon and home made blue cheese dressing is always a winner.

Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

I like the double skewers.  Can you  handle them without gloves? The food looks excellent.

No, you will need some protection - they get plenty hot.

I wish I was original and creative, but it isn't so. I found the recipe on Pinterest.
