I know nothing about that product, but I have a Griddle-Q rectangular one and when I use it I love it! If I was spending the coin again I'd go for a round one though. Here's a link!

I had one of those type griddles that was sized to fit my old Weber Genesis 2000 gasser.
It was alright. Great for greasier food items such as bacon and burgers. Food that wasn't greasy really tended to stick.“Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.” ― Philip K. Diçk -

have not had that one but gave away (did not like or use it) a Griddle-Q.
i use CI all the time..Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd. -
Mickey...I've been using a CI griddle, too.
The reason I am thinking about a different way, is to have something to do with the grease that accumulates. For instance, in making Smashburgers, grease tends to accumulate on the griddle and it is a hassle to get rid of it before cooking another round of burgers.
If someone has a solution....I'm always open to suggestions.
Thanks,
Donnie

grease collects on the blackstone as well, i wipe it down quickly before the next burger goes down. now with a skillet, cook the burger with the skillet upsidedown, yes, that does workdldawes1 said:Mickey...I've been using a CI griddle, too.

fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
That's the advantage of that tray design at the front of the Q product line - just scrape the grease into it.dldawes1 said:

RRP ....That sir is my reasoning for shopping for a griddle with grease tray. Grease + hot lump = Flare ups and loss of arm hair !!!!!
