Steak, chicken tenderloins, and asparagus. My wife made the baked potatoes and broccoflower in the oven. I had 45 day dry aged med-rare rib eye. The strip steaks were cooked to med and med-well, because that's how my Dad likes them, and he was here for lunch.

NonaScott said:We lived in Mesa for 8 years and I got one for my patio halfway through the first summer. Mine had a reservoir at the bottom that you could fill manually or it had an auto float valve that you could hook the hose up to and it kept the reservoir full all the time. It was about 3 feet square on wheels with multiple fan speeds. It was like having AC on the patio. Cost about 250 bucks at Home Depot. Well worth it. Highly recommend.

Just a plain old pork butt. With some homemade backed beans, coleslaw, and btw sauce. Simple, but oh so good. I'm still amazed every time how great turbo works. Such nice bark! And that's the bone pulling away!!

first time doing a caveman with this 12oz ribeye.
Seasoned it with s/p and garlic powder. Took it to 120° raised indirect. Then cavemaned it...it was a little over done for my liking, but it was tasty.
I did the caveman for 30 seconds each side twice. Should I have went to 117° unsteady of the 120? -

Great looking grub everybody.
Lunch was simple - wings, grilled corn, and watermelon. Dinner was more fun, but I won't speak of it, since I didn't get pics.
