Store bought pizza crust (Mama Mary's)

Thinking of trying first thin crust on the grill tonight or tomorrow and plan to keep it simple for starters with a store-bought crust from Kroger.  I've seen fairly good reviews of Mama Mary's.    Perhaps dumb question, but anything special needed for a crust like that other than topping it and throwing it on?

I have used them before.  They work fine.  I just top them and into the egg. My family much prefers homemade crust now but prior to getting somewhat proficient with my dough, we used those all the time and they loved them.

i use them a lot.  nothing special needed just throw what you want on them and i do actually cook them a little lower temp (400-450ish) for 10-15 minutes.
  • Thanks fellas.   Will let you know how these turn out.   Not going for anything too fancy.   I've had some solid success with cast iron deep dish in oven, but haven't ventured into thin crust on grill yet.

  • Assumption is no, but do you use any cornmeal or semolina?   Assuming that is for home made dough but just making sure.
