My first shoulder

Hello everyone. I'm new to the egg I have done a lot of steaks and chicken. I've done a few racks of ribs and they came out great. Yesterday while out with the wife she informed me that she wanted to try a new taco restaurant. She order the pulled pork taco and they were OK. I stuck my foot in my mouth and told her that the Egg can make better pork. So on the way home we stopped by the store and picked up a little 4lb shoulder. I have my Guru set to 250 and this baby is going on now.
