"Wicked Good Burger" 5th Dimension Powder

I finally got the ingredients for "5th Dimension Powder" (2 kinds of mushroom powder, worcestershire powder, as well as onion and garlic powder that of course I always have) from the Wicked Good Burgers book, and tried it today.  I did not grind my own meats or make the condiments for their "Our Perfect Burger," so this was just a test of the 5th Dimension Powder.  (I'm pretty sure the recipe has been posted here before.)

It was REALLY, really good!  Not hugely identifiable -- I don't think anyone who didn't know would realize there were "secret ingredients" in the meat, but it really did make those burgers especially good.  I messed up on one thing: because I knew there was seasoning in the mix, I didn't put salt or pepper on them before grilling, not thinking about the fact that there wasn't any salt in the seasoning mix, so they needed salt.  My grandson was over and had one for lunch also, and said they were wonderful.

Here's the seasoning sprinkled on the meat before mixing it in:

And the burgers:

I just had mine with a slice of Vidalia onion:
