Well, I tried it tonight and don't think mind came out as good. Nice peach taste but a little too sweet for my taste.
Also I had a lot of moisture on top.
I must say, I am having no problem eating it...

Ours wasn't that sweet, but maybe my wife backed off the sugar some. I wonder if your top was wetter because of the pan?
