- 5 hours indirect at 250 degrees (meat side up).
- 1 hour indirect at 250 degrees foil-wrapped with butter, honey, and brown sugar (meat side down).
- 1 hour indirect at 275 degrees (meat side up).
They were amazing!

Great ribs! I haven't tried that method and now I have some motivation to do so. Hey @NERVOUS, it looks like you have your pit probe attached to your meat probe. Is that right? Does anyone else do that? As I pack more meat on my large, I'm having a hard time finding a good spot for my pit probe and that seems like a great idea.A Lonely Single Large Egg
