My swears I was a Postman in a previous life because Rain, Sleet, or Snow will stop me from Egging! Beef Ribs were on the menu today, not bad!

So how come I missed the note about a beef rib cook today? Great looking cook and results right there. Brisket on a stick.
@THEBuckeye - there are the "traditional beef back" ribs that are quite similar in appearance to the pork back ribs and there are short (4 bone) or plate (3 bone) ribs that have the meat on the bone.
