Last night was Smashbutger night for new friends coming over.... Yep, awesome again !!!!
Tried a new venture, Pig Candy Lollipops !!! Johnstonville Jalapeno and Cheddar Brats, cut in 1-1/2" pieces, wrapped in Bacon and powdered with Steak and Shake Fry Seasoning and egged until done........then rolled in beer (root beer for us) batter and deep fried !!!! I made a sauerkraut mustard dipping sauce....and it is awesome !!!!
Oh yeah, made some Mexican Pineapple Fresca to drink and some Fresh Guacamole from a recipe from the Fajita Factory.
Then....I made an Amish Friendship Bread Starter for making Flowerpot Bread about 8 days from now.
Ive been a busy weekend and this is only Friday !!
