how long should a 11 lbs turkey cook?

so what is the estimated cook time when it come to turkey? the one that i'll be cooking today is 11 pounds.

I find that if I do them in the egg at 325 then it takes about the same amount of time as if I was doing it in the oven at the same temp (around 12 to 15 minutes per pound). the Bigger birds seem to take a little longer and of course there are other variables as well.
