It's a burger chain.  Much like a gravy train in the fact that it rhymes.

If you are referencing the cast iron pizza pan....it is 14 3/4 from outside to outside of the cooking area. The diameter from outside 18 1/2 from outside of handle to handle.

Memorial day smash burgers for the family, cooked on the Blackstone.  Since I cooked them smashed for the first time a while back, the family doesn't want them any other way.  So glad I learned about this method here on the forum.



These were all 4-5oz burgers, smashed thin, with crust and goodness galore.
