Simple Pork butts

One of my favorites to cook. Rubbbed with plochmans yellow mustard and weber kc bbq rub. Been in the egg at 230-240 for 13 hours now, should run another 2 and be done. They are just now coming out of the stall. Couple sweet peppers in there too

Been basting them with a mix of orange juice, mustard, and worcestershire every hour or so. Its about 20 pounds total.

Pork butts are great. I cooked one yesterday. We had friends over for pulled pork tacos. Tonight I'm making pulled pork enchiladas. Butts are forgiving to cook, great to eat, and easy on the wallet.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
