That looks fantastic. I searched the forum on how to do this and found the deep dish pizza in 2 hours recipe. Is that what you use? Really nice job.

Likely the same as I too got it off of the forum. If I recall, @Carolina Q was the one who posted the link to the one I use. It has excellent instructions and the dough is spot on. I love a good thin crust pizza but on occasion, I really enjoy a Deep Dish.kl8ton said:@northGAcock

I purchased the 12 inch pan and recommend doing so if you like deep dish. I have made some smaller versions (10 inch) with just cake pans....but have to say, the modest cost for the right pan is worth the money. This is also a fun cook for me and much easier than a NY style....which took me quite a few trys to get it down.
