Ceramic Grill Store Delivers!

Came home Thursday to discover the "landscapers" somehow broke my platesetter in half.  I needed an excuse to compliment my CI-Woo with an adjustable rig.  So I ordered an oval stone and a pswoo platform.   Ordered Friday at 11:30am, delivered Saturday at 3:30pm!  Thank you Tom!  This will replace the platesetter and I am on my way to an Adjustable Rig...

I've never understood what the PS Woo platform is for. Anyone have an explanation/photos of it in action?

The platform sits across the bottom of the woo and you can rest a pizza stone, on it, or in my case the oval stone I just purchased... Just another alternative to the platesetter...

thanks Scott, but all the credit for fast shipping goes to Nancy and Larry.  Best thing I can do is stay out of their way.......lol.  I'll pass along your kind remarks.

As mentioned the platform provides alternative set-ups in the PSWoo.  It can also be used outside the cooker to hold hot objects (platesetter or grid) up and off your table or elevate your pizza stone above the platesetter with pizza.
